I believe in God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit - and I believe that I matter to the Holy Trinity in ways that I could never come to know and understand fully. All I know for certain in this life is that I am loved by God.

Did I do something of worth to deserve that much love, and Love in its purest, most transformative and powerful form? I doubt it!

I echo the Psalmist, "When I see the heavens, the work of Your Fingers, the moon and the stars which You arranged, what am I that You should keep me in mind, or who am I that You care for me?" Ps 8:4-5

Everyday, with everything that happens to me or that I do, good or bad, I can read between the lines of life God saying to me: "You are precious in My Sight, you are honoured and I love you." (Is 43:4)

God loves me! This is the Peace that Jesus left for me on earth: "Peace I leave with you; My Peace I give to you." Jn 14:27

I found Peace when I found myself, my true self, as God made me. Finding myself helped me to know and understand how I was made by God to be, and what being that well meant for me.

I have a BA in Theology and a Masters in Canon Law, and I am a Certified & Accredited Life Coach with over 20 years experience working with children, teens, adults, parents, engaged couples and families on matters of Christian spirituality, faith and worship. I combine Counselling and Life Coaching Skills with sound theological knowledge and lived experience of Christian life to instill and foster faith in a way that actually works for individuals and families.
